My Practice
I have worked with adults, children, couples, and families as a marriage and family therapist since 2017. I have unique experience and training to support individuals in high-stress careers, including leadership and executive roles, individuals with neurodiversity, and individuals or couples entering/experiencing midlife transitions such as aging children, aging parents, and the beginning of perimenopause and menopause. I am also happy to support individuals and couples working through the curveballs that life often throws, such as difficult relationships with family members, chronic illness, parenting stress, and communication breakdowns, to name a few.
As a therapist, I blend attachment and behaviorism. My goal is to support you in achieving tangible, functional changes. I am EMDR trained, and utilize EMDR to attend to any traumatic experiences you bring in or uncover along the way. EMDR is also useful in moving through cognitive blocks or stuck points.
In addition to being a therapist, I am a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and have worked with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families since 2008. As such, I am intimately familiar with the complexities of raising a neurodiverse child, and glad to support parents on this journey. I also enjoy providing therapy to other providers in the Applied Behavior Analysis and Mental Health fields.
I am not paneled with any insurance companies, however I will provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
My rates are as follows:
$200 for a 50 minute individual session
$250 for a 50 minute couples or family session
